- Certain travel/holiday vaccinations
- Private medical insurance reports
- Reports for “fitness to start diet regime”
- Medicals for HGV/Taxi/PSV
- Elderly Driver Medicals
- Holiday cancellation forms
- Shotgun certificates verification
- Driving licence forms
- “To Whom It May Concern” letters request will be from £30
