Other services
We offer services for long term conditions such as COPD, diabetes, asthma, CHD, CKD, etc. If you have been asked by the practice to complete a health review, please visit our online Health Review and Assessments Clinic.
Travel vaccinations
The practice offers travel vaccinations. Please contact the practice at least six weeks prior to departure.
District nurses
We have district nurses that are attached to our surgery, that visit patients in the community.
Other services (Non-NHS, fees apply)
- Consultations and medicals for various occupations
- Completion of passport forms
- Letters to solicitors, housing, immigration, insurance companies etc
Approximately two weeks notice is usually required for non NHS services.
Contraception and sexual health services
The service is totally confidential, services include:
- Sexual health information
- Various contraception methods
- Chlamydia screening
- HIV testing and screening
- Treatment for sexually transmitted infections

Free condoms
Free condoms are available to patients aged 16-24. You will need to see a nurse or doctor for an appointment first. When you have done this you can just drop in, ask at reception and you will be provided with condoms.
Chlamydia screening
Chlamydia screening is available from the surgery.
Simply ask at reception for a kit. It is a completely confidential service, where you can send a urine sample in the envelope provided and receive the result via your mobile phone.
