If you have submitted your request before 15:30, it will be reviewed the same day. If it has been submitted after this, it will be reviewed the next working day.
Queens Park surgery is transitioning to Total Triage system from 24th March. This means that all appointment requests should be submitted online on our website. The reception team can book an appointment only after an online consultation has been completed and reviewed by the GP triage team.
To help explain this change, our senior GP has created a video. You can watch it here:
Enhanced access
Extended hours are offered at two sites our Honeysuckle Way Surgery and also London Road Health Centre between 6:30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8:30am till 2pm and Sunday 8:30am till 11am.
Taxi medicals, implant clinics, flu clinics and other dedicated surgeries are available, please contact reception for details.
Automated phone booking
This is a very simple and effective system. No registration is required.
Simply contact the surgery and when asked choose option two. You will be asked for your date of birth, and your phone number.
If these match your details we have on record you will be offered the first available appointment date, time, surgery, clinician.
If this is not suitable you can scroll through (next, first, last etc) until you find one you like.
Prescribing practitioners
If your condition can be treated by our prescribing practitioner or one of our practice nurses, you will get an earlier appointment. If you are comfortable describing your condition to the receptionist they will guide you, but if there is any doubt, they will book a GP appointment.
You can, of course, ask to see the GP of your choice, but all are highly skilled and all have access to your complete medical record. You will get an earlier appointment if you are willing to see any of our GPs.
Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
